On 26th September I hosted my first group river clean on the River Yare for World Rivers Day!
I was joined by 6 volunteers, where we collected a total of 30kg + some planks of wood.
Broadland District Council was contacted to collect the pile rubbish. And I submitted the data I recorded from the litter collected to the Broads Authority
I don't have any plans for another organised river clean as yet, but keep posted on Norfolk Beach Cleans Facebook page to keep updated!
