We currently collect the following information from sign in/out sheets at beach cleans:

  • Phone Number (optional - in case of an emergency during the event)

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Beach Clean Attendance (sign in/out sheet)

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Wix Website - Event RSVP / Member Subscription

  • Social Media – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter

  • Email Correspondence

We use the information that you have given us for event attendance records.

We will not share this information with another organisation and if we did, we wouldn't do this without your permission.

We keep your name and contact number on the sign in/out sheet until the end of the beach clean event. We will then dispose your information by shredding the sign in/out sheets.
