We all need to reduce our consumption of plastic in some ways, and as I've said before it's not easy (#PlasticFreeJuly wouldn't be a challenge if it was easy).
If you're not contributing your time volunteering on litter picks, then this is the next best action to take making plastic free swaps on everyday household products.
I personally recommend shampoo bars, although I personally haven't got on with tooth powder / tablets as a swap from toothpaste...
Not all swaps will suit you and that's fine! It's OK if we're all a little imperfect...
