May 23rd marked 1 year since COVID restrictions were lifted which allowed me to host my first ever group beach clean!
My first beach clean event was at Caister-on-Sea for #WorldTurtleDay and I was joined by ~36 volunteers!
In that year: * I've hosted 41 clean-up events! * We've collected 1221KG of litter (Equivalent weight of a MINI Cooper)! * It's taken approx. 1217 volunteering hours! * I've been joined by 841 volunteers (with the majority of them being repeat volunteers)!
